You must be at least 13 years old to use our Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

     * You are not prohibited from using the Platform under applicable laws;

     * All registration information you submit is truthful and accurate.

3. User Accounts

Limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable access is granted to enrolled users solely for personal, non-commercial educational use.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

Certain services require payment. All fees are clearly stated on the Platform before purchase. By submitting your payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method.

Recurring subscriptions will automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, available on our website. Refunds are generally only issued in cases where users experience a confirmed technical failure or receive content that is materially different from what was described.
