Welcome to KnowStellar (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the KnowStellar website (knowstellar.com) and our premium AI-driven learning ecosystem, including all interactive video pathways, live sessions, real-time cognitive analysis tools, and related services (collectively, the “Ecosystem”). By registering for an account, accessing, or using the Ecosystem, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services.

1. The KnowStellar Ecosystem

KnowStellar provides trajectory engineering and dynamic knowledge synthesis for global curricula (including but not limited to IB, AP, A-Level, SAT, ACT, TOEFL, and IELTS). Our services feature AI-calibrated interactive video technology, live academic instruction, and content decoded into multiple languages.

Platform Updates: We continuously evolve our AI models and interactive video pathways. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Ecosystem at any time without prior notice.

No Guarantee of Admission: While KnowStellar utilizes advanced "Trajectory Engineering" and real-time cognitive analysis to maximize your academic potential, we do not legally guarantee admission to any specific university, college, or academic institution, nor do we guarantee specific scores on standardized tests.

2. User Accounts and Security

To access our bespoke pathways, you must create a premium account.

Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Ecosystem. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or legal guardian’s permission to use the platform.

Account Integrity: Your account is strictly personal. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account credentials. KnowStellar's real-time cognitive analysis is calibrated specifically to your individual learning pace; sharing accounts will disrupt the AI's accuracy and is grounds for immediate account termination without refund.

Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The KnowStellar Ecosystem is a premium, proprietary platform.

Ownership: All content, including but not limited to interactive videos, AI algorithms, text, graphics, logos, software, multi-language translations, and academic methodologies, is the exclusive property of KnowStellar or its licensors and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

Limited License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Ecosystem strictly for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

Prohibitions: You are strictly prohibited from copying, downloading (unless explicitly permitted), scraping, recording, reproducing, distributing, or creating derivative works from any part of our interactive videos, live sessions, or AI interfaces.

4. Subscriptions, Payments, and Refunds

Fees: Access to our premium learning ecosystem requires payment of specified subscription fees or course fees. All prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect past purchases.

Billing: By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your designated payment method.

Refund Policy: Due to the immediate access to proprietary AI-driven analysis and premium interactive video content, all sales are final. Refunds are only granted if legally required by the consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction or under specific conditions explicitly stated on our checkout page.

5. User Conduct and Academic Integrity

As a user of a platform engineered for elite global admissions, you agree to maintain the highest standards of academic integrity. You agree NOT to use the Ecosystem for any unlawful purpose. You must not attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with security-related features of the Ecosystem. You are prohibited from uploading or transmitting viruses, malicious code, or using automated systems to access the Ecosystem. Furthermore, you must not engage in disruptive behavior during LIVE online sessions or harass our academic instructors and other users.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE KNOWSTELLAR ECOSYSTEM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KNOWSTELLAR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE AI ANALYSIS WILL BE ERROR-FREE, THAT INTERACTIVE VIDEOS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL KNOWSTELLAR, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, ACADEMICS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF ADMISSION OPPORTUNITIES, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE ECOSYSTEM. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Santa Ana, CA.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Ecosystem after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
